2013 Pepper Tree Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

The fruit for this wine has been sourced from Hunter Valley, NSW & Tasmania. Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of citrus, lime and green apple followed by hints of grassy herbaceous characters. Zesty palate flavours of lime and crunchy green apple with a citrusy mineral infused crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lime, crunchy green apple and citrus zest.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
