2013 Peninsula Panorama Pinot Noir

An excellent everyday drinking Pinot Noir.

Deep dark red black tinged colour showing very good depth with a dark red purple hue. The nose has ripe dark cherry top notes alongside some dark plum and a touch of anise with some underlying cedar and spice. Light to medium weight the palate has plenty of fruit generosity with ripe dark cherry and dark plum flavours followed by a touch of liquorice, very light earth and spice. Silky tannins. Good power with long ripe dark cherry, dark plum, subtle cedar and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2014-2018).
