2013 Mount Fishtail Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of ripe pears, subtle lychees and honeysuckle with spicy musk end notes. Light weight with a moderate creaminess about the mouthfeel the palate features flavours of ripe pears and tropical fruits alongside a touch of honeysuckle. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pears, tropical fruits, honeysuckle and light musk.
