2013 Miette Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with a bright dark purple hue. The nose offers up youthful freshly crushed berry aromas of blackberries and ripe dark cherries over liquorice and vanillin confectionary. Fruity palate flavours of ripe dark cherries and blackberry are present followed by a touch of liquorice and some vanillin confectionary. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar.
