2013 Louis Michel & Fils Montee de Tonnerre Chablis Premier Cru

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and citrus converge with wet stone and a hint of green apple followed by faint quince and mineral end notes. Light and fresh yet with a rounded pebble stone textural feel the palate features flavours of pears and citrus intermixed with wet stone and mineral. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, citrus, stony mineral and faint cashew.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
