2013 Lost Buoy The Edge Shiraz

Matured in seasoned French and American oak. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and ripe dark plum meld into some toasty vanillin oak with spicy end notes. Medium bodied with a soft juicy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of liquorice and dark plum over some toasty oak with a spicy finish. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark plum, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
