The spring was particularly cool in Casablanca for the 2013 vintage. Temperatures were low at the beginning of the summer, with cloudy skies, resulting in a late start to the ripening stage. This delay continued until the harvest, and picking had to be delayed two full weeks in order for the grapes to reach optimal ripeness. These weather conditions are reflected in this fruity Sauvignon Blanc, with slightly more marked herbaceous notes, lower alcohol content and higher acidity.

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. On the nose passionfruit and crunchy green apple scents are intermixed followed by a faint whiff of capsicum with some citrusy end notes. The palate features vibrant flavours of passionfruit, lemon zest and mineral with a crisp crunchy acid finish. Aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus and mineral.
