- ABV 13.5%
- Closure: Stelvin
A blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Malbec with maturation taking place in French oak for a period of 23 months. Totally opaque black dark red colour, showing excellent depth, with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced red & black currant and mulberry aromatics infused with vanillin cedar and tobacco characters drift from the glass followed by subtle dried herbs, hints of bay leaf and spice. Medium bodied, beautifully balanced and possessing a superb understated like richness with flavours of red currants, blackcurrants and mulberries flowing gracefully across the palate. Underscoring the fruit is spicy vanillin cedar, light tobacco, dried herb infusions and a touch of bay leaf. Refined elegant mouthfeel with very fine grained tannins seamlessly integrated with the fruit. Long aftertaste of red currants, mulberries, cedary tobacco characters, subtle spicy dried herb infusions and bay leaf.
Cellar 8-10 years.
Deep red/purple: an outstanding colour in depth and hue. The bouquet is clean, fresh and alive with bright black fruit and violet aromas, touches of cedar and toasty oak, the palate very deep and concentrated, with lush fruit and abundant tannins, which counter-balance the fruit and sweetness. A powerful yet elegant cabernet with a very long and distinguished future ahead of it. An outstanding, profound wine.

Aromas of black licorice, black berry and rust. Hot stone. Full body, layered and juicy with loads of fresh fruit and chewy tannins. Sexy, muscular cabernet with tone and focus. Screw cap. Hard not to drink now. Better in 2022 but gorgeous now.
