2013 La Crema Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with some green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose offers up aromas of ripe peaches and honeycomb followed by a whiff of butterscotch, some cashew and subtle spicy nougat. Rich and round with a creamy textural feel the palate features flavours of ripe peach, butterscotch and honeycomb over a background of toasty oak and spice. Dry finish with relatively low acidity. Aftertaste of cashew, honeycomb, butterscotch and spicy lightly toasted oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
