2013 Kyara Justice of the Peace Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in a combination of French and American oak hogsheads for 18 months. Displays impressive depth of colour with a pitch black core and a very deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas mesh with hints of liquorice, cedary tobacco characters, earth and spice. Full bodied, rich ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry flavours flood the palate with an undercard of vanillin cedar, subtle earthy tobacco characters and spice. Sturdy tannins are largely concealed by the concentrated fruit. Concludes with a long dark to black fruit led aftertaste.
