2013 Knight Granite Hills Riesling

Macedon Ranges, Vic Produced from 40 year old vines this Riesling displays a brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge and watery hue. Lemon and lime top notes dominate the nose followed by some orange rind and mineral. Dry with crunchy acidity and a steely core the palate possesses flavours of lime and citrus over a steely mineral background. Aftertaste of lime, lemon and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years (2019-2020).
