Matured for 11 months in French oak barriques. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced aromas of white peach interlaced with cashew are followed by some light funky matchstick characters and spice. Clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of cashew, white peach and spicy nougat.
