2013 Greywacke Wild Sauvignon

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of herbaceous grassy characters intermix with ripe gooseberries, asparagus and fresh herbs followed by faint spicy cedar end notes. The palate features texturally full flavours of herbaceous gooseberries and citrus which overlay some grassy asparagus, cedary pencil shaving characters and spice. Clean dry finish with balancing fresh acidity. Long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and spicy pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
