2013 Gilligan Roussanne Marsanne

Brilliant pale straw colour with a very faint tinge of green on the edges and a watery hue. The nose reveals intense aromas of honeysuckle and fresh apricots followed by traces of lemon honey and baked apples with cinnamon spice end notes. The rich textured mouthfeel imparts a sense of creaminess with flavours of apricot and dried honey prevalent over some bees wax and light spice. Clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of apricot, honeysuckle, bees wax and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
