2013 Finca Las Moras Reserva Malbec

Excellent opaque black purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. The nose displays inky ripe blackcurrant and black cherry aromas followed by a hint of liquorice and spicy cedar. Full bodied the palate is filled with luscious ripe blackcurrant and black cherry flavours intermixed with a touch of liquorice over a backdrop of some earth and spicy cedar. Things firm up towards the finish with dry slightly grippy tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, black cherries, liquorice, earthy cedar and spice.
