2013 Eldredge Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Freshly squeezed lemon and lime aromas are followed by those of crunchy green apple, talc and mineral. The palate possesses zesty flavours of lemon and lime followed by some talc and steely mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with a steely acid structure. Long zesty lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.

Cellar 6-8 years. Alc 11.5%
