Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and subtle citrus are followed by some cashew scents with light wet stone end notes. Light to medium weight the palate has good textural feel and length featuring flavours of pear and citrus over a background of green apple, wet stone and a faint trace of mineral. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, citrus, light cashew and wet stone. A great value entry level Chablis.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
