From one of Marlborough’s most well known estates Dog Point’s Section 94 sees 18 months maturation in older French oak barrels to create a fuller styled Sauvignon.

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of fresh herbs, citrus and asparagus are overlaid by some light cedary characters with herbaceous grassy end notes. The palate has excellent intensity with lively flavours of citrus, herbaceous gooseberries and asparagus alongside some well integrated pencil shaving characters with a dry grassy finish and crisp acidity. Excellent balance between the textural feel and freshness. Long herbaceous gooseberry, asparagus, citrus, pencil shavings and grass aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
