2013 Cape Jaffa Waxed Lyrical Marsanne

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like base colour with some greenish highlights on the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, ripe apple and lime are followed by some honeysuckle. The palate has flavours of ripe pear, apple and lime overlaid by some honeysuckle with light spice on the back palate. Good textural qualities are counter pointed by some well balanced acidity finishing clean and dry. Aftertaste of ripe pear, lime, honeysuckle and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
