2013 Bream Creek Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. The nose exhibits dark cherry, spice and dark plum scents which merge into anise, some meatiness and toasty cedar. Light to medium weight with good richness, flavours of spicy ripe dark cherries and plum dominate over some anise infusions, meatiness and vanillin cedar. A supple mouthfeel combines with velvety tannins. Good depth with a long aftertaste of spicy ripe dark cherries, plum, some anise infusions, meaty characters and lightly toasted vanillin cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
