2013 Bittern Estate Tempranillo

Very deep dark red black colour with a dark red purple hue. The nose displays a bouquet of black cherries and subtle liquorice followed by some earth and spicy cedar. Medium to full bodied with a chewy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of black cherries, liquorice, leather and spice. Dryish finish with firm solid tannins. Aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice and new leather.
Cellar 4-5 years.
