2013 Beresford Barrel Select Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

This blend consists of 75% Grenache, 17% Shiraz and 8% Mourvedre. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted black raspberry, plum and liquorice scents emerge from the glass followed by subtle earth and spice. Medium weight the palate possesses a juicy flavour profile of black raspberry and ripe plum over a touch of vanilla, liquorice and spice with a dry, fresh finish. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe black raspberry, plum, liquorice and vanillin spice.
