Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of spiced pears, subtle honeysuckle, apples and quince. The palate combines luscious fruit flavours of ripe pears, honeyed apples, musk infusions and spice with lively acidity on the fresh, off dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pears, honeyed apples, citrus and spice.
