2013 Auntsfield Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with the faintest of greenish tinges around the edges and watery hue. On the nose pronounced aromas of passionfruit and ripe gooseberry are to the fore followed by some green apple and lime end notes. The palate is slightly lighter than the 2012 showing a more elegant mouthfeel but still possesses good intensity. Flavours of passionfruit, lime, green apple and citrus. Clean crisp finish with long passionfruit, green apple and lime aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
