2013 Ata Rangi Crimson Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson purple like colour with crimson purple hue. Freshly crushed berry aromas of cherries, raspberries and strawberries dominate the nose followed by a faint hint of dried meats with spice end notes. Light and fruity the palate has flavours of dark cherries and dark raspberries over some inky dried meat characters with a spicy back palate. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark ripe cherries, dark raspberries and spicy dried meats.
