2013 Ainsworth & Snelson Jakob's Black Magic Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and liquorice with a cedary cigar box overlay and spicy black olive end notes. The palate has an assertive mouthfeel with flavours of blackcurrant infused with black olives and black cherries overlaid by cigar box characters with spicy graphite following. Dry finish with firm chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spicy black olives, blackcurrant, cigar box and graphite.
