2013 Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of white peach and cashew followed by some nougat and a faint whiff of honeycomb. Medium weight with a creamy like mouthfeel the palate has flavours of white peach and nectarine followed by some cashew and nougat. Clean dry finish with good acid structure. Medium to long aftertaste of white peach, nectarine and spicy cashew.
Cellar 2-3 years.
