2012 Yarraloch Stephanie's Dream Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. On the nose aromas of grapefruit and citrus are followed by some lightly toasted oak and a subtle flintiness. Light and very elegant across the palate subtle flavours of citrus and grapefruit are prevalent over some faint cashew nuances with a flinty finish. Fresh acidity with an aftertaste of citrus, grapefruit, subtle cashew and flinty characters. An elegant, tightly focused Chardonnay.
