2012 Yarraloch Stephanie's Dream Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Ripe blackcurrant top notes arise from the glass followed by some equally ripe dark cherries, lightly toasted cedar, faint tobacco and spice. Elegant with light to medium body weight the palate has flavours of blackcurrant and red cherries over subtlety toasted cedar, earth and spice. Fine grained well integrated tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, dark cherries, earth and spicy cedar.
