2012 William Fevre Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of delicate pear, green apple and citrus with some wet stone end notes. Light across the palate with a dry finish there are flavours of pear and citrus present with some flinty mineral characters on the back palate. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of pear, citrus and flinty mineral.
