2012 Tellurian Pastiche Shiraz

Matured for 10 months in mostly seasoned French and American oak. Opaque black dark red colour with a deep bright dark red hue. The nose features lifted ripe dark plum and blackberry aromas alongside some liquorice and dark chocolate with light toasty oak in the background. Rich and plush the palate boasts mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice over some toasty oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe blackberries, dark plums, liquorice and spicy toasty oak.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
