2012 Snake + Herring Hallelujah Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Delicate stonefruit aromas of white peach and nectarine are followed by some cashew, light toast and spice. Medium weight with good textural qualities the palate has flavours of white peach intermixed with cashew and creamy lightly toasted oak followed by some spice. Clean dry finish. Good depth with long white peach, nectarine, cashew and spicy oak aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
