2012 Shottesbrooke Estate Series Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackberry, dark plum and liquorice are followed by vanillin oak and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has a supple velvety mouthfeel and features generous flavours of dark plum, liquorice, blackberries, vanillin oak and spice. Soft silky smooth tannins with a medium to long aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, vanillin oak and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
