Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Refined aromatics of delicate white peach infused with struck match stick notes and biscuity oak overlay citrus, roasted almonds and subtle mineral. Medium weight with an elegant refined mouthfeel and excellent complexity the palate displays flavours of white peaches and citrus married to flinty struck match stick characters with underlying biscuity oak, subtle toast and spice. Clean dry finish with a lightly creamed yet fresh textural feel. Long aftertaste of white peaches laced with flinty struck match characters, biscuit, toast and mineral.

Other Reviews….
It takes excellence and challenges it to reach higher. It's complex and flinty with grapefruit and white peach flavours running pure and bright from start to finish. Fennel and cream notes play throughout, as do struck match/sulphide characters. 4 years young. Brilliant. Drink by 2020.
