2012 Save Our Souls Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light rusty red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries are intermixed with a hint of violet and some meatiness followed by spicy end notes. Light to medium weight with good richness and a supple mouthfeel the palate features flavours of ripe dark cherries, some plum, meaty cedar like characters and spice. Soft velvety tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plum, meaty characters and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
