2012 Rymill Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark crimson red hue. Lifted blackcurrant top notes are intermixed with some subtle dark chocolate and cedary tobacco aromas followed by spicy bay leaf end notes. Medium to full bodied in body weight, superb perfectly ripened rich blackcurrant flavours engulf the palate followed by dark chocolate nuances with underlying cedary tobacco and spice. Solidly built but fine grained tannins provide and excellent framework. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedary tobacco and spice.
Cellar 6-8 years.
