2012 Red Claw Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays delicate white peach notes overlaid by some cashew and spicy toasted oak like characters. Light to medium weight with a moderately creamy mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of white peach intertwined with cashew followed by some lightly toasted oak, citrus and spice. Clean dry finish. Elegant and focused with an aftertaste of delicate white peach, cashew and spice.
