2012 Pirramimma Stock's Hill Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing reveals scents of liquorice, black cherries and dark chocolate over some vanillin oak and spice. Full bodied the palate boasts a rich succulent flavour profile of liquorice, ripe blackberries and black cherries over some vanillin cedar and spice. The opulent fruit held in check by a solidly built tannin structure. Long liquorice, black cherry, vanillin cedar and spice aftertaste. A rich, firmly structured McLaren vale Shiraz.
