2012 Petaluma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in French oak barriques for 15 months. Opaque black dark purple colour with dark purple red hue. Blackcurrant and mulberry top notes are followed by some cedary tobacco like characters and a faint whiff of earth. Medium bodied with good levels of richness the palate features flavours of ripe blackcurrant over a back drop of cedar, light tobacco and earth with some spice on the finish. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Long blackcurrant and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
