2012 Pepper Tree Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark red black colour with dark purple red black tinged hue. On the nose dark mulberry scents are overlaid by a touch of mint followed by some cedar and subtle spice. Medium weight the palate displays flavours of blackcurrant infused with spearmint followed by some toasty cedar and spice. Dry finish with slightly firmish tannins showing some grip. Aftertaste of dark mulberry, mint and toasty cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years.
