2012 Paul Jaboulet Parallele 45 Rose

This Rose is produced from a blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery salmon pink tinged hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries and raspberries with a spicy overlay. Nicely textured the palate has flavours of raspberry and spicy dark cherries with a clean dry finish. Aftertaste of raspberry and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
