2012 Pachamama Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with bright crimson purple hue. The nose offers up youthful scents of freshly crushed blackberries and black raspberries followed by some confectionary and light white pepper. Medium weight the palate has flavours of inky black raspberries and freshly crushed blackberries over some subtle vanillin oak and pepper. Dryish, slightly chalky tannins. Moderate aftertaste of inky black raspberries, freshly crushed blackberries and pepper. Cellar 4-5 years. Alc 13.5%
