2012 Linfield Road The Stubborn Patriarch Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with a dark crimson red purple hue. Aromas of liquorice and ripe blackberries are followed by some black cherries, subtle vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours are overlaid by prominent vanillin cedar characters with some spice on the finish. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of vanillin cedar, liquorice and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
