2012 La Follette Manchester Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir

Excellent depth displaying a dark red black tinged core with a bright dark red purple hue. The nose offers up perfumed aromas of dark raspberries, plum and ripe dark cherries over some subtle violet infusions, meatiness and spicy cedar notes. Possessing excellent fruit purity, richness and power, the medium bodied palate features succulent flavours of ripe dark raspberries, plum and dark cherries over a touch of liquorice, faint earth and spicy cedar. Velvet smooth tannins with a long conclusion of dark plum, dark ripe cherries, subtle liquorice, earth and spicy cedar.
