2012 Hollick Tempranillo

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson black tinged hue. The nose displays aromas of black cherry, a hint of liquorice, toasty oak, leather and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has generous black cherry flavours alongside some liquorice with a background of toasty oak and spice. Dry solid, slightly chalky but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice and spicy toasty oak.
Cellar 4-5 years.
