2012 Henley Hill Shiraz

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a crimson red hue. Aromas of cherries and meaty characters are overlaid by some white pepper and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight and very elegant the palate has subtle flavours of dark cherries, liquorice, dried meats, a touch of cedar and pepper. It lacks depth and concentration. Dry finish with fine grained tannins. Modest aftertaste of dark cherries, a faint lick of liquorice, dried meats, cedar and pepper.
Cellar 3-4 years.
