Opaque dark purple black colour with a dark purple red hue. The nose displays black raspberry top notes followed by some dark plum, subtle liquorice and spice aromas. Medium weight the palate has flavours of joosy dark raspberries to the fore followed by some liquorice, faint earth and spice. Dryish finish with firm but balanced tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe dark raspberries, liquorice and spice.
