Produced from 80 year old dry grown bush vines. Near opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose offers up dark raspberry and plum aromas intermixed with a hint of liquorice followed by confectionary and light spice notes. Medium to full bodied the palate has great generosity displaying rich succulent flavours of dark raspberries, dark plum and liquorice over some vanillin confectionary and spice. Soft opulent mouthfeel and velvety tannins. Long delicious aftertaste of ripe dark raspberries, liquorice, confectionary and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Produced from dry grown 80 year old bush vine Grenache. Very deep dark red black tinged colour with very dark crimson red hue. On the nose ripe dark raspberry and black cherry aromas emerge over some liquorice, confectionary and spice. Rich, opulent and joosy the palate is filled with ripe black raspberry and liquorice flavours followed by some confectionary with a spicy back palate. Velvet smooth tannins with a touch of heat biting through on the finish. Long spicy black raspberry and liquorice aftertaste.
