2012 Eden Road The Long Road Shiraz

Matured for 12 months in 2-4 year old puncheons. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and subtle liquorice are overlaid by meaty characters with some toasty cedar and pepper background notes. Medium weight the palate features flavours of ripe dark cherries and a touch of liquorice followed by some meatiness, clove and spicy pepper. Very fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, liquorice, spicy clove and pepper.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
