2012 Domaine Thomas Le Pierrier Sancerre

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays delicate scents of citrus intermixed with some herbaceous characters followed by some lime, green apple and subtle stony mineral end notes. Lightly weighted the palate presents an elegant flavour profile of citrus, green apple, some light fresh herb characters and stony mineral. Clean dry finish with refreshing acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, fresh herbs and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
